(VOVworld) –  Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan on Wednesday visited and presented gifts to children suffering from congenital heart disease at the Hanoi Heart Hospital. She expressed her joy that sixty of these children will receive free surgery and hoped the children will quickly recover so they can go to school. She thanked individuals and organizations at home and abroad for supporting the children and called for further assistance for heart patients.
