Nguyen Van Khanh named Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Ukraine’s Odessa
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnamese Ambassador to Ukraine Nguyen Hong Thach authorized by the Foreign Minister on Thursday handed over the decision to appoint Nguyen Van Khanh as the Honorary Consul of Vietnam to Odessa province.

Congratulating the new Honorary Consul, Ambassador Thach expressed his hope that with his dedication, capacity and credibility, Khanh will make contribution to consolidating and enhancing the traditional Ukraine-Vietnam friendship, as well as support the development of the Vietnamese people community in Odessa.
