North Korea fires 2 ballistic missiles towards eastern waters
(VOVWORLD) -North Korea has fired two short-range ballistic missiles towards the sea off its east coast, just less than one week after firing two mid-range missiles, South Korea Joint Chiefs of Staff and Japan Coast Guard said on Friday.

On December 17 North Korea launched two intermediate-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea.
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) later confirmed that the launch of the two missiles was a test for the spy satellite program intended to be completed by April 2023.
