33 people, including children, took a Shanghai Airlines flight to Pudong, China, before continuing their journey to North Korea.

North Korea said last Friday that it has cut ties with Malaysia after North Korean citizen Mon Col Myong was extradited from Malaysia to the US.
The Malaysian government asked all North Korean diplomats and their families to leave Kuala Lumpur within 48 hours, and said the Malaysian Embassy in Pyongyang will be closed.
