Ambassador Tao Thi Thanh Huong underscored the importance of the event on the International Women’s Day, on March 8, to highlight women’s solidarity for equality, peace, and advancement.

According to the Ambassador, the displayed artworks depict Vietnamese women’s righteousness, faithfulness, and diligence as well as their contributions to society and the world at large.

Ms. Huong said through the exhibit the Vietnamese Embassy wants to introduce the achievements and development of Vietnamese women and promote Vietnamese fine arts to the world.
