(VOV) – The Party Central Committee’s resolution on party building has created positive changes among cadres and party members in Hanoi.

Pham Quang Nghi, Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee, said this at a meeting on Monday in Hanoi to review one year of implementation of the resolution and to launch a plan to promote a campaign of study and following the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh. Nghi said that in future, each Party member should continue to come up with specific plans to correct their shortcomings: "One of the key tasks for the implementation of the resolution is that after criticism and self-criticism, the Party Committee at all levels, and individuals themselves need to overcome their shortcomings by further study and trying to follow the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh, and do our best to handle the tasks facing us in 2013, the year of administrative principle. This is an important task that must be pushed forward in order to  prevent any degradation in morality and lifestyle, especially for those at the management levels".
