He was speaking in a ceremony to confer the commission Party’s order and medal on Friday: “The Party Central Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission should monitor Party cells on the implementation of rules and regulations on internal affairs and anti-corruption by commenting on draft laws and important documents. Training on skilled staff should be done together with recruitment of talents.”
