(VOV) – General Secretary of the Vietnamese Communist Party Nguyen Phu Trong will pay official visits to Belgium and the EU, Italy, and the United Kingdom between January 17 and 24.
The External Relations Commission of the Party Central Committee says that Trong’s visits are at the invitation of Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo, President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy, Italian President Giorgio Napolitano, and UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
