Party leader hails progress in apparatus restructuring
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam acknowledged the great efforts made by relevant agencies in apparatus restructuring as he chairs Tuesday’s meeting of the Central Steering Committee for the implementation of the 12th Party Central Committee’ Resolution 18, which seeks to streamline the political system for greater efficiency.

Mr. Lam said central agencies, the Government, the National Assembly, and political-social organizations have taken the lead in the restructuring process.
They have completed tasks ahead of schedule and in line with the directives of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Steering Committee, he noted.
“It is crucial to refine the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress to provide the foundation for the Congress’ resolution,” Party leader Lam said.
Efforts should focus on streamlining the political system to improve its efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring that regular and urgent tasks are not disrupted, he added.
