(VOVworld)- Party leader Nguyen Phu TRong has urged local people in Vu Ban commune, Ha Nam province to further apply science and technology in agricultural production. At a meeting with local authorities on Saturday, the Party leader asked the local authorities to focus on job generation, vocational training and human resource development as well as strengthen Party organizations to prepare for local Party congresses.
