Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc (R) receives Park Soo-kwan, Honorary Consul General of Vietnam in the Republic of Korea’s Busan-Gyeongnam region

At a reception in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Phuc said he hopes Mr. Park will encourage more Republic of Korean businesses to invest in Vietnam or partner with Vietnamese firms to import high-quality agricultural products. The PM said the Vietnamese government and he personally will support Mr. Park to fulfill his role as Honorary Consul General of Vietnam in the Busan-Gyeongnam region and a businessman investing in Vietnam.

The Honorary Consul General pledged to persuade major and capable businesses in the region to increase their investment in Vietnam. He also promised further efforts to develop the two countries’ strategic cooperative partnership.
