At the Tam Dao Cattle Breeding and Beef Processing Complex (Vinabeef Tam Dao), a joint venture between Vinamilk and Japan’s Sojitz Group, the PM reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to supporting foreign investors, including those from Japan. He expressed hope that the project would contribute to social welfare, local economic growth, and Vietnam-Japan relations.  

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for a social housing project in the Nam Vinh Yen Urban Area, PM Chinh emphasized that social housing development remains a key government priority. He encouraged Vinh Phuc to take the lead in building smart, green, and clean urban areas while ensuring balanced development of commercial and social housing.  

While surveying the planned Vinh Phuc Eco-Urban Complex, the PM stressed the need for a modern, well-planned, and eco-friendly project that would serve as a hallmark of the province.  

Mr. Chinh also approved further studies and planning for the Tam Dao 2 Ecotourism Resort, expected to boost cultural exchanges, improve local livelihoods, and drive sustainable tourism growth in Vinh Phuc.
