PM Chinh said despite global economic challenges, Vietnam's economic growth and investment continue to recover. Social welfare and people's living standards continue to improve; political and social stability is maintained; national defense and security are strengthened; and foreign affairs and international integration are promoted, he said.

PM Chinh noted that Vietnam is focusing on major projects such as the North-South high-speed railway, and the development of nuclear energy and new spaces like outer space, sea space and underground space. He underscored the importance of innovation in national advancement and international integration.

Mr. Chinh called on the Vietnamese community in Brazil to serve as an ambassador who bridges and nurtured the relationship between the two countries.
