PM Pham Minh Chinh offers incense at Dong Loc T-junction historical relic
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered incense in tribute to war martyrs at Dong Loc T-junction historical relic in Ha Tinh province on Saturday.

He paid tribute to youth volunteers who sacrificed their lives for national liberation, independence and freedom.
The Prime Minister praised their glorious example of patriotism and devotion to national liberation and socialism while pledging unity and concerted efforts for national prosperity and happiness.
