Preparation made for the next NA meeting
(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly Standing Committee wrapped up its 49th session in Hanoi on Thursday.
Before the closing, chaired by NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, the Committee discussed preparation for the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly which will last for 19 days. At the meeting, NA deputies will discuss the ratification of 7 draft laws and 3 draft resolutions and comment on socio-economic and state budget issues.
In her address, Ms Ngan highlighted the importance of the next NA meeting. She asked the NA Standing Committee and relevant agencies to prepare content and logistics carefully to make the meeting a success.
At the meeting, the NA will approve the dismissal and appointment of the Minister of Science and Technology, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam and the Minister of Health.
