(VOVWORLD) -On the occasion of the 47th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Friday offered flowers and incense, paying tribute to heroic martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery and Road 9 National Martyrs Cemetery.
