The President affirmed that the Party, State, families and society always care for children and create favorable conditions for them in study and entertainment. He also acknowledged that many children are still living in difficult circumstances and need special help. Thus, he called on the children to follow Uncle Ho’s teachings in promoting solidarity to help their peers. He expressed his hope that the children would be studious and do good deeds in order to become good citizens, follow their ancestors’ tradition, and join hands for national construction and development.
