(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang met with attendees to the 3rd training course for future senior officials at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration in Hanoi on Wednesday.
He said that the current state of globalization and international integration requires senior officials and party members to enhance their skills to best serve the nation’s industrialization and modernization process. President Sang also answered questions concerning the revised manifesto on national development in the transition to socialism, the 2011-2020 socio-economic development strategy, and resolutions of the 11th National Party Congress.
