President Truong Tan Sang receives Governor of Japan's Ibaraki Prefecture

President Truong Tan Sang was speaking at a meeting with Masaru Hashimoto, Ibaraki prefecture Governor and a delegation of Japanese enterprises who are seeking investment and business opportunities in Vietnam. The visit was made at the invitation of President Truong Tan Sang to realize a high-level agreement in agricultural cooperation signed during President Truong Tan Sang’s visit to Japan earlier this year. Mr. Truong Tan Sang expressed his hope that, during this visit, the Ibaraki delegation will find more Vietnamese partners and realize joint models with Vietnamese enterprises and organizations. President Truong Tan Sang thanked Japan for their assistance, especially the Official Development Assistance to Vietnam.

Ibaraki’s Governor said more cooperative activities between the two countries would be held, adding that Japan hopes to receive more support from the Vietnamese government, Ministries and sectors in the future.
