At a reception in Hanoi on Friday for Kuniharu Nakamura and Ichikawa Hideo, co-chairs of the Japan-Vietnam Economic Committee of Japan Business Federation (KEIDANREN), Phuc said the Vietnamese government and people treasure the development of ties with Japan. Nakamura congratulated Vietnam for successfully hosting the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week, expecting that the relationship between the two countries will be elevated. Hideo suggested that Vietnam develop infrastructure, including railway and road system, to improve its business environment.
