PM Chinh urged localities to map out specific solutions to effectively control the pandemic. He said Vietnam now has enough vaccines, and vaccination will be a decisive factor in defeating the epidemic.

Provinces and cities are asked to administer a 2^nd dose to everyone over 18 before the end of this year, make booster shots available as needed, and create a roadmap for reopening, he said.
