(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged Vinh Bao district in the northern port city of Hai Phong to boost its high-tech agriculture, encourage businesses to increase their operation in rural areas and work for environmental protection.

He told local voters on Wednesday that the macro economy has stabilized at 5.93% of GDP growth rate while inflation is under control at below 5%. The voters praised the government’s success in completing 11 out of the 13 development indicators required by the National Assembly. They supported the government’s efforts to build an upright and active Government that work for business and the people.
