(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Friday offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh and former leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the occasion of the 89th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

After the ceremony at President Ho Chi Minh relic site, he urged the management board of the relic to introduce President Ho Chi Minh’s Thoughts and testament to the wider public.
