Prime Minister works with leaders of Ninh Binh province
(VOVWORLD) -At a meeting with leaders of Ninh Binh province on Friday, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged the results that Ninh Binh has achieved to contribute to national achievements.

PM Chinh asked the province to strongly promote the revolutionary tradition and culture, implement the socio-economic recovery and development program and the national target program in a timely and effective manner.
He said Ninh Binh should not let its guard down in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Efforts should be made to reform the growth model, restructure the economy based on the application of science, technology and innovation, and concentrate all resources on developing economic infrastructure- social infrastructure, especially coordinated and modern transport infrastructure for intra-regional and inter-regional connectivity, he said, adding that solutions should be implemented to improve administrative reform and the business investment environment.
