Funded by the European Union and the Sustainable Trade Initiative, the project was carried out from 2021 to 2023 in Dak Lak, Dak Nong, and Gia Lai provinces to help Vietnam reap the benefits of bilateral trade commitments and boost the export of quality products and services to the EU.

Nguyen Thien Van, Chairman of the Dak Lak provincial People's Committee, said that this project promotes value chains of the Central Highlands provinces. "We hope that agencies and organizations will continue to help farmers in the region expand their growing areas, improve economic benefit and develop sustainably," he added.
