The conference, held as part of the 2021 National Rural Youth Festival and the Luong Dinh Cua Awards, aims to turn every single rural youngster into an entrepreneur and make all youth-led cooperatives tech-savvy. It also wants to promote the role of youngsters in digital transformation in agriculture.   

The conference touched upon three main issues: how to use technology in agriculture to successfully go digital, how digitalization meets market demands, and policies and solutions facilitating digitalization in supply-demand chains.

Participants in the conference were kept up-to-date on cutting-edge technology in agriculture and most popular e-commerce platforms, and policies regarding digitalization.  

Dao Duc Huan of the Central Coordination Office on New Rural Development said, “We will provide training courses on production and technology skills as digitalization is going strong in Vietnam.”
