On Friday, the Russian Aviation Committee held a press conference to discuss decoding the black box from the downed airplane.

Earlier on December 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin invited British experts to Moscow to decipher data found on the black box of the downed Su-24. Putin has expressed hope that data from the flight recorder would clarify the warplane's movement and trajectory before the crash.
