(VOVworld) – Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee said it had arrested a group of people on Sunday who were preparing a terrorist attack in Moscow, TASS news agency reported.

The committee said that at the flat where the terrorists were hiding, an improvised explosive device was found and defused. According to Russia’s Interfax News Agency, the group were arrested in a house in an alley called Strelbischensky. 100 residents were evacuated from the building at the time of the raid.
