Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his US counterpart John Kerry on Sunday discussed measures to deal with the Syrian crisis and North Korea’s third nuclear test. The two diplomats emphasized the need to end violence on all sides and start a dialogue between the government and the opposition, and voiced support for political transition in Syria.
