Speaking at a press conference after the summit, Foreign Minister Farhan al-Saud said the parties expressed their political will and goodwill to secure the implementation of the agreement on resuming diplomatic relations and other relations, among them the resumption of flights.

Earlier, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman announced that the Gulf countries signed an agreement towards solidarity and stability at the GCC Summit to discuss measures to lift embargo imposed on Qatar for the past three years. The leaders of the six GCC member countries jointly signed two documents, including the Al-Ula Declaration and the summit's final press release.
