Second round of Kawai Startup Fair 2024 wraps up
(VOVWORLD) - “The Kawai 2024 Startup” contest was held on Sunday in Hanoi by the Tomorrow Entrepreneurs Club of the Foreign Trade University, themed “AI and Revolutionizing Operations for Startups”.

This is the second round of the “Kawai 2024 Startup” contest. The competition opened with a 10-booth product exhibit called "Startup Expo".
Nguyen Minh Tan of the Senonika team, said, “My product is a pair of 3D printed shoes made of sugarcane bagasse. This is a solution to avoid foot diseases and be environmentally friendly. The product reached the Top 10 in the startup competition and is being readied for sales.”

During the second round, 5 teams were selected to enter the contest’s final round, scheduled for July.
Since 2014 the “The Kawai Startup” competition has been sponsored by the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam. This year's prizes will total 5,800 USD. The first place winner will receive 2,500 USD.
