Speaking at the ceremony, head of the Singaporean board Keith Tan said the festival is among key activities in a campaign to popularize Singapore’s tourism in Vietnam, contributing to strengthening bilateral diplomatic relations. The official expressed his hope that through the event, visitors can learn more about a unique Singapore through its fine art, music, food and fashion. The festival will last through March 24with various activities like fashion shows, installation art, outdoor cinema, music performances and street food.
