Participants visited several economic models, met with prominent local businesspeople, and attended exchanges to boost connectivity between the media and businesses. Le Van Tuyen, Director of Red Pine International Company based in Ho Chi Minh city, said: “The caravan enables businesspeople from Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi to work with their Son La partners and seek investment and cooperation opportunities, improving the lives of local ethnic groups.”

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to people affected by floods in August in Hua Trai commune, Muong La district. Son La is home to 2,100 businesses, 200 of which was established this year.
