Task force established to aid young people with disabilities in accessing technology

(VOVWORLD) - A program to help young people with disabilities learn and apply technology in their works and daily lives was launched on Wednesday in Hanoi.

The initiative is part of the “Digital Literacy” movement by the Vietnam Association of Disabled Youth, in collaboration with Microsoft Vietnam.

The program launch also announced the “Digital Literacy” task force, which consists of experts to help young people with disabilities improve awareness and develop digital skills.

Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Disabled Youth Pham Van Thanh elaborated,  "We will hold both in-person and online classes over the next three months. Our partners also offer platforms where participants can learn more about artificial intelligence and get updated with the latest information on cybersecurity and data protection. These training sessions will contribute to the effective implementation of the “Digital Literacy” movement."
