(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang attended a ceremony on Saturday to inaugurate the upgraded technology building of HCM city’s Heart Institute.

The 5 million USD project covers an area of 18,000 square meters. Hua Ngoc Thuan, Vice chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee, said that this modern facility will help treat patients with cardio-vascular diseases in the city. HCM city’s Heart Institute was established in 1991.
