The 2nd OV Entrepreneur Congress opens in HCM City
(VOVworld)- More than 200 overseas Vietnamese entrepreneurs attended the 2nd Congress of the Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneur Association in HCM City on Saturday. The delegates reviewed the Association’s performance, discussed and shared business experience in the context of global economic crisis. They agreed to serve as bridge linking Vietnam with the world market. Dang The Hung, Deputy Head of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says: “Each member should consider the Association a common house and a reliable venue. The Association‘s action program should be closer to reality and aim at strengthening connection between its members”.
The congress participants re-elected Nguyen Canh Son the President of the Association of Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneurs. They donated 7,500 USD for the Heart Fund of Vietnam Television.
