(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh hailed the financial sector’s significant contribution to national development. He was speaking in the 70th anniversary of the sector on Friday: “The financial sector must comply with prudent principles to deal with wrongdoings and ensure transparent and equal application of law. Absolute safety must be ensured for the state property and cash while practicing thrift and anti-corruption.”

Finance Minister Dinh Tien Dung said the financial sector aims to provide full decision making to the public sector in financial matters by 2020.
