The National Assembly deputies discuss the draft Law on Laws
(VOVworld) - National Assembly deputies discussed the draft Law on Laws on Friday. They agreed on most provisions except for the issuance authority of People’s Councils and Committees at district and communal levels. Pham Tat Thang is a deputy from Vinh Long province:
“I support the granting of legal documents issuance right to district and communal levels as they are tools to perform management functions. However, these functions must be clearly defined in the draft law.”

Earlier, deputies discussed in groups the draft law on National Assembly and People’s Council supervision and legislative program for next year.
