Thu Duc City to pilot nightlife street
(VOVWORLD) -Thao Dien Night Street will be piloted in Thu Duc City from Friday, January 19, and will be open to visitors every Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

30% of Thao Dien ward’s population are foreigners hailing from 113 countries and territories.
The 465-meter-long street sprawls over a section of Xuan Thuy Street, borders Quoc Huong and Nguyen Van Huong Streets, and connects with Thao Dien Market.
The city also plans to launch a river bus route in the vicinity and promote its night-time economy.

Cultural events will be held during the pilot program, including the 2024 Spring Concert, “Don ca tai tu” (Southern amateur music), Jazz and Rock performances as well as shopping and culinary experiences.
The Thao Dien Night Street Management Board will provide free electric vehicles to meet the needs of both tourists and locals.
