(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s exports hit nearly 230 billion USD in the past ten months for a record trade surplus of more than 18 billion USD, the General Statistics Office announced on Thursday.
Heavy industry and mining took the lead, followed by light industry and handicrafts, and agro-forestry. The US remained the largest importer of Vietnamese goods. China came second and the EU third.
