(VOVworld) – Secretary-General of the UN World Tourism Organisation Taleb Rifai condemned the Monday bomb attack in Bangkok, Thailand, saying that it damaged the livelihood of the Thai people and their economy, especially tourism.

German Foreign Minister Frank Steinmeier denounced the attack and urged Thai authorities to track down the culprit. Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore also condemned the attack. Thai police are hunting for a man seen in CCTV footage and suspected of carrying out the attack.
