(VOVworld) – The Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) held its 8^th session on Thursday in Da Lat city.
VGCL Chairman Bui Van Cuong said Vietnam’s participation in new free trade agreements, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership, has exposed the trade union to several challenges.
Mr. Cuong said the plan to reform Vietnam’s trade unions includes fundamental solutions to meet the requirements of worker movements in the new period.
