Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presents gifts to AO/ dioxin victims in Ninh Binh
(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presented 2,200 USD to 3 families with victims suffering from Agent Orange/ dioxin in districts of Yen Mo and Yen Khanh in Ninh Binh province to repair and upgrade their houses.

Thinh encouraged the families to overcome their pain and try harder in life. She also asked the ministries, sectors and localities to support and improve their living standards.
While working with Ninh Binh province’s Association for Agent Orange victims, the Vice President spoke highly of special care of Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee, sectors and authorities to lives of local AO/ dioxin victims. She urged them to mobilize more resources and take more practical activities to help them.
