(VOVworld) – Vietnam Airlines will open a direct air route from Berlin to Hanoi on June 25^th.

This was announced at a meeting between Vietnamese ambassador to Germany Do Hoa Binh, chief representative of Vietnam Airlines Nghiem Van Khanh and a tour operator representative. Mr. Nghiem said the opening of the route marks the inauguration of Berlin’s Brandenburg International Airport in early June and responds to the needs of  Overseas Vietnamese living in the Berlin area. Mr. Binh praised the new air route, saying it will boost future cooperation and help strengthen relations between the two countries.
