Vietnam can be gateway to major markets for India
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam can be a door for Indian products to enter major world markets, Do Quoc Hung, Deputy Director General of the Asia-Africa Market Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said at the Vietnam Trade, Investment, and Tourism Promotion Forum in India on Wednesday.

He said Vietnam can help Indian businesses benefit from the ASEAN and global markets, adding that Vietnam has signed 12 free trade agreements, including the CPTPP and EVFTA. Hung said Vietnam welcomes Indian enterprises’ investment and trade with Vietnamese businesses.
The Vietnam Trade, Investment, and Tourism Promotion Forum, highlight of the “Vietnam Month” in India, was attended by economic experts and 200 business representatives from the two countries.
