Vietnam, China enhance judicial cooperation

At a reception for the Vietnamese delegation, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee under the Communist Party of China, Guo Shengkun, expressed his support for strengthened cooperation between the two judicial sectors.

Mr. Binh said Vietnam respects and exerts effort to develop the comprehensive strategic partnership with China and the traditional friendly relations between the two Parties.

At the meeting with Chief Justice Qiang, Mr. Binh suggested the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in professional skills, IT and personnel training and sharing of information about the model of the National Monitoring Committee, anti-corruption, and e-court. They signed an MoU between the two courts to lay a foundation for future cooperation.
