(VOVworld)- The Vietnamese government acknowledges birth registration a basic right of every child and guarantees this right in Vietnam. Director of Plan International in Vietnam Sven Coppens praised Vietnam’s contributions in this effort at a ceremony in Hanoi on Tuesday to mark the organization’s 75^th founding anniversary. The non-governmental organization is calling for action to register every single child. In Vietnam, Plan is supporting 40,000 children in 9 project locations including Kon Tum, Quang Binh, and Phu Tho provinces.
