(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese culinary culture festival 2023 will get underway at the end of this month at Cua Viet tourist site in the central province of Quang Tri.
The event will feature about 80 booths popularizing specialties of the northern, central, and southern regions.
Renowned chefs will demonstrate not only cooking techniques, but also the values of each dish and drink.
Art performances will also be held every evening.
The festival will run from April 28 to 30.
