Vietnam has great potential to develop tourism: UNWTO Executive Director
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam has great potential to develop tourism as it is already a popular tourist destination, Executive Director of the World Tourism Organization Zoritsa Urosevic told Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang during his visit to Spain on Thursday.

She said the UNWTO is considering organizing a large international event in Vietnam at the end of this year and affirmed that the agency will continue to support Vietnam in the recovery and development of its tourism sector.
Deputy Prime Minister Quang asked the UNWTO to support Vietnam in digital transformation, develop smart ecotourism, deal with climate change, and promote Vietnamese tourism brands.
