The seven are Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong, VietJet Air CEO Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Hoa Phat President Tran Dinh Long, Techcombank President Ho Hung Anh, Thaco Chairman Tran Ba Duong, Masan Chairman Nguyen Dang Quang, and Nova Group Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon.

This is the 10th time Pham Nhat Vuong has made the list. His fortune of 6.2 billion USD ranks 411th in the world.

With a fortune of 3.1 billion USD, businesswoman Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao has been named for the 6th time.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is currently the richest person on the planet, with 219 billion USD, followed by Amazon boss Jeff Bezos, LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.

Forbes used stock prices and exchange rates on March 11 to calculate the net worth of individuals.

This year’s 2,668 billionaires are 87 fewer than a year ago because of war, the pandemic, and sluggish markets, according to Forbes.
